Every number we charge, on one page.

There is one plan, a published rate card, and an add-on list with a price against every line. Conventional managed IT runs $100 to $250 per user, per month. Ours sits under that, for a deliberately smaller service.

The rate card

One flat rate per person, then a short list of things that cost extra. Tell us who you are and the whole card unlocks.

Unlock the price

Four details and the full rate card above unlocks, priced for your headcount. It is a quote request, not an order, and nothing is charged.

By clicking Show me the price you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy, and that PriceMe may contact you about this quote by phone or email. It is a quote request, not an order, and nothing is charged. Prices are an estimate based on what you tell us and hold for 30 days. Terms · Privacy

What the plan includes

Exactly five things. Nitesh's rule, and it is the right rule.

In the monthly fee

  • Chat support, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET
  • Remote screen control so we fix it while you watch
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account help
  • Unlimited tickets at one flat price per person
  • First response the same business day

Not included

This list is longer than the one beside it, and that is the point. Every line has a price on the rate card above.

  • Phone, evenings, and weekends
  • Anyone coming to your office
  • Servers and anything in a rack
  • Backups and disaster recovery
  • Firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi
  • Your industry-specific software

Where we sit against the market

Not an efficiency nobody else found. A narrower scope, priced at the bottom of the published range instead of the middle of it, with the gaps listed rather than discovered later.

Published 2026 per-user rates for conventional managed IT. Compiled from Datapath, Corsica Technologies, and VC3 pricing guides.
TierPer person
Basic managed IT$100 to $125
Standard managed IT$150 to $200
Small business, 10 to 50 seats$100 to $175

No phone queue

The single biggest cost in a help desk is staffing a phone line for the hours nobody calls.

No trucks

Field engineers, vans, and drive time are booked per visit instead of spread across every seat.

A short supported list

Your email platform and the machine in front of you. Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm ET, and no promises about the app somebody bought in 2011.

Billing questions

Why is this cheaper than the MSP quoting us now?

Because it is less service. Chat only, weekdays only, remote only, and the supported list is your email platform and not much else. Every other provider you are comparing us to answers the phone at midnight and sends people to your office. We do neither, we sit at the bottom of the market range rather than the middle of it, and the saving is passed on rather than pocketed.

What counts as one user?

One person. Every device that person uses is covered under the one price: laptop, desktop, phone, tablet. We do not count devices, because counting devices is how you end up paying three times for one employee.

Is there really no contract?

No contract and no setup fee. Billed monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. We would rather you leave than be locked into something you resent.

What happens if I ask about something you do not support?

We tell you, and we quote it. Some of it is an add-on you can switch on that month. Some of it is genuinely outside what this plan does, and in that case we say so and point you in the right direction. What we will not do is pretend a thing is included and then be vague when you need it.

Who is actually answering the chat?

Our support team, working from our office in India, which is a large part of why the price works. They are salaried technicians, not a call centre reading a script, and they escalate to a senior engineer rather than guessing.

Can I try it with a few people first?

Yes, and most people should. Put your five noisiest users on it for a month. The monthly minimum applies, so five people costs the same as six, but nothing stops you starting small and adding the rest once you believe it.
