What we collect, and when

When you ask for a price we store what you told us: headcount, email platform, servers, locations, anything you typed in the notes, and the price we showed you. We store the price as shown so we can honour the number you were given even if our pricing changes afterwards.

With it we store the name, email address and phone number you submit, and the company name if you gave one. We also store the exact agreement wording you were shown, the time you submitted, your IP address and your browser's user agent. That record exists so we can show what you agreed to, and for no other purpose.

If you use the contact form, we store what you typed into it.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles on this site.

Why we have it

To quote you, to call or email you back about that quote, and to run the service if you become a customer. Contacting you about a quote you requested is the thing you asked for, so we do it without a separate opt-in and we say so at the point of collection.

Marketing is a separate thing and we do not treat a quote request as permission for it. Submitting the form does not sign you up to anything: no promotional texts, no marketing calls, no mailing list. We do not run a marketing list at all.

How to make it stop

To stop us calling or emailing about a quote, tell whoever contacts you or email us and we will stop. We act on it immediately rather than in ten business days.

Who else sees it

Your quote goes into our own customer relationship system so a person can follow up, and that system is the only place it is kept. Our hosting provider and that system process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Getting it deleted

Ask us and we will delete your quote and contact records within 30 days, and confirm when it is done. If you are a current customer we may need to keep billing records for as long as the law requires. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold and to receive a copy; the same address handles all of it.
