Every machine your people actually work on.
Managed endpoint support on one flat per-person rate. Windows and Mac laptops, desktops, phones and tablets, all under a single charge per person.
Most endpoint management is sold per device, which is how a company with nine employees ends up paying for twenty-six endpoints. One person now has a laptop, a phone and often a desktop or a tablet as well, and charging for each of them is a pricing model rather than a service.
We charge per person. Whatever that person works on is covered, which makes the bill predictable and stops anybody deciding not to report a broken machine because it might cost extra.
In practice endpoint management for an office this size means the boring, constant work: keeping machines patched, keeping antivirus current, setting up new starters, and fixing the thing that has stopped somebody working this morning.
What is covered
Included in the base plan, priced per person rather than per device. One person with a laptop, a desktop and a phone is one charge.

Questions on this specifically
Is this priced per device or per user?
Per user, deliberately. Per-device pricing is why a nine-person company gets quoted for twenty-six endpoints. One person and everything they work on is one charge.
Do you support Macs?
Yes, Windows and Mac both, and mixed fleets are normal at this size. Phones and tablets are covered under the same per-person price.
What has to be installed on each machine?
One agent. It is what lets us see the device and start a session, it takes about ten minutes to roll out across a small office, and it uninstalls cleanly if you leave.
What happens when a laptop dies completely?
Remote cannot fix a machine that will not boot, and we will say so immediately rather than bill you for trying. We diagnose what we can, tell you whether it is warranty or worth replacing, and either book an on-site visit at the published per-visit rate or point you at the fastest local fix.
